If you have a support worker, contact them (by phone, text or email) and ask them to give you a referral.

Your support worker sends us a referral by email to this address: rheolwr@cathedralfoodbank.org

Collect your food from us in person, or ask your support worker to collect it for you.

If you don't have a support worker, contact any of the agencies below (by phone or email) and ask them to give you a referral.

The agency sends us a referral by email to this address: rheolwr@cathedralfoodbank.org

Collect your food from us in person, or ask an agency worker to collect it for you.

If you can't contact any of the agencies, just come to the food bank during opening hours.

We can give you a small emergency food parcel

(2 days worth of food)

PLEASE NOTE: We can only give out TWO emergency parcels: after that you will need a referral.

WHAT IS A REFERRAL?

A referral tells us your NAME, ADDRESS, FAMILY SITUATION, and WHY YOU NEED A FOOD PARCEL.

You need a new referral for each time you come to the food bank.
