HOW DO I DONATE MONEY?
The Cathedral Foodbank is supported by the generous donations of individuals, schools, businesses, churches and other charities.
If you would like to give a financial donation, in the current circumstances we are encouraging people to donate via bank transfer rather than cash or cheque:
Name: Dean & Chapter of Bangor Cathedral
Sort Code: 30 90 43
Account number: 00545016
Please write 'Foodbank donation' on the back of cheques, and mark the envelope 'For the attention of Rob Jones'.
HOW DO I DONATE FOOD?
The Foodbank is entirely dependent on donations and we are always grateful for everything we receive. Please bring any food donations to Ty Deiniol (the Diocesan Centre) next to the cathedral from 1pm to 3pm on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
We have plenty of soup, baked beans and dried pasta at the moment. Below are some of the most useful products to donate:
Tinned meat meals
Tinned chicken meals
Tinned potatoes and vegetables
Tinned fruit (esp. peaches)
Tinned meat and tuna
Long life milk and OJ
Instant coffee (not decaf)
We are also grateful for donations of rice, biscuits, sugar, tinned pasta, pasta sauce, tinned tomatoes, tinned custard, rice pudding, jam, cereal, nappies, loo roll and milk powder.
